On 1st January 2023, the four schools of the Galaxy Trust and five schools of The Pathway Trust are due to merge to form The Golden Thread Alliance. In order to have a consistent and equitable approach to school admissions across the new Trust, a review has taken place of the determined admission arrangements for all schools within the Golden Thread Alliance.
As a result of this review, we are now going out to formal public consultation on our proposed Admission Policy for pupils entering our schools in the 2024-2025 academic year.
The draft policy can be viewed below, alongside a detailed overview of the changes being sought. The consultation period runs from Monday 5th December 2022 through to Wednesday 18th January 2023.
